The available results come from different publications and test protocols. FRAMELIMIT does not average or subtract them to manufacture a head-to-head percentage. The hardware specification favors the Razer for VRAM capacity and GPU tier; the Lenovo exposes a higher 175W GPU ceiling, but neither fact alone proves an exact game-level lead.
