Benchmark Evidence Is Not Equivalent
The LOQ review uses exact 15AHP10 measurements with the Ryzen 7 250, 16GB memory and the 115W RTX 5060. The Gigabyte review contains measurements from a related 32GB Gaming A16 CVH configuration, while the linked CVHI3US894SH retail SKU has 16GB. Those rows provide useful product-family context but do not establish an exact-SKU FPS winner.
Do not convert the 30W power-limit difference into a fixed performance percentage. Sustained GPU power, firmware, cooling, CPU behavior, memory configuration, rendering mode and game workload all affect the result.
Display, Storage and Portability
The Gigabyte offers the more spacious out-of-box package: 1920×1200 gives extra vertical room, 165Hz is faster than 144Hz, and its 1TB SSD doubles the LOQ's included capacity. Both panels have a published 300-nit specification, so neither should be treated as a bright HDR display.
The Gigabyte's 76Wh battery is larger than the LOQ's 60Wh unit and its listed weight is 0.1kg lower. Capacity and weight are reliable specification differences; runtime still requires a matched brightness, graphics-mode and workload protocol.
Price and Buying Decision
Catalog reference prices are not a live checkout price. Check the exact model code, seller, warranty, memory, storage and final price before ordering. A small price gap may favor the Gigabyte's larger SSD and display; a buyer focused on the best-supported higher-power RTX 5060 configuration may prefer the LOQ.
Choose the LOQ if...
You prioritize its 115W RTX 5060 ceiling and exact-configuration benchmark coverage, and you are comfortable upgrading the 512GB SSD.
Choose the Gigabyte if...
You prioritize 1TB storage, a 16:10 165Hz display, larger battery and slightly lower listed weight, while accepting related-configuration performance evidence.
