Thermals & Noise

The Stealth A16 AI+ thermal performance is impressive for a 2.0kg chassis. The RTX 5070 Ti sustains 140W throughout our 30-minute test at 86°C — thermal throttling only appeared after 28 minutes in our most extreme combined CPU+GPU workload. Fan noise peaks at 50dB, louder than you'd expect from this chassis size but necessary to maintain the 140W TGP. In everyday use it's near-silent — the fans don't spin at all during light tasks.

Display

The 16" 2560×1600 OLED at 240Hz is exceptional — the same class of display found in machines costing $1,000 more. True blacks, 100% DCI-P3, factory-calibrated to Delta-E under 2. The 500-nit peak brightness is better than most OLEDs in laptops, though still behind MiniLED at HDR peak. Response time at 0.2ms eliminates any ghosting at 240Hz. For both gaming and creative work this is among the best displays in any laptop.
